Jabez The Mic Prophet born Darius Jones February 19th 1982. Born and raised in Decatur Ga. The City of Decatur. to be exact. When I listen to Jabez’s music I feel like we're having "chuch" in the trap lol. Most people would label his music Gospel rap or Christian rap, and while its both of those he coined it “CHRAP MUSIC” Church Rap Music. Jabez's latest release in 2024 "Another Day" brings you to an attitude of gratitude, while his February release "Tell The Truth" embraces the truth of the word of GOD in way that surely condemns lies and promotes "TRUTH". What I noticed immediately as I listed to his music is that you don't just hear this music you can feel it. Its anointed! Its undoubtedly different on many levels, and much like a breath of fresh air in this era of hip hop / rap. The music is uplifting , educational, posititve, edgy, and inspirational.
